Shipping Policy
Your Sports Memorabilia Store processes all order within 48 hours from the business day they are received. Your Sports Memorabilia Store currently ships via USPS/UPS to the following locations: United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada. For international orders outside these locations please call the customer support number for assistance.

International Orders
Most of our products are available for international shipping. International imports generally require the payment of brokerage, duties and/or taxes to the destination country. When ordering outside the US, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any brokerage, duties or taxes charged back to Your Sports Memorabilia Store due to non-payment or refusal will be charged to the payment method used by the customer. Please note international orders may have a slightly longer processing time than domestic orders. We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Return Policy
At Your Sports Memorabilia Store we are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return an item please adhere to the following guidelines:

Call customer service (401) 396-9273 Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST or emailing within 72 hours of receipt. Please not that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, documentation, and certification attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be for purchase price and not include original shipping cost. NO RETURN ON AUTOGRAPH OR GAME USED MEMORABILIA - In order to ensure the authenticity of out autographed or games used memorabilia, all autographed merchandise sales and games used memorabilia are final and are ineligible for return. All returns must be received within 14 days of original receipt. Due to the value of most products we suggest that all returns be shipped back with insurance and tracking to ensure proper delivery.
